Who We Are ConnectingResidents was created to address the growing demand to fill the gap in communications between General Associations and their members. Communities, General Associations, often do not have full functioning websites to communicate with members and often rely on snail mail. While snail mail still has its place, members are looking for more information to be available online and to be able find the information quickly (i.e. newsletters or association by-laws). Part of the reason that most general associations do not have their own website or have an extremely out of date websites is the extensive cost and logistics of building and maintaining one. And that is where IDS saw a need in the current market, and hence developed ConnectingResidents. We developed a product to provide a simple way to maintain website at affordable prices in order to help communities reduce administrative costs. One way we achieved this is by utilizing and leveraging enterprise level technologies to provide the best product possible in a very cost effective manner. By using best practices of standardizing our application with flexibility of customization we are able to offer the most comprehensive product with the most competitive prices.
